We back our LIT devices with a lifetime warranty — meaning if you have any issues or problems, our team will work with you to resolve them and replace your device if necessary so long as you purchased directly through LIT or LIT approved partners and have an active membership with a valid payment method on file. You must activate your warranty within  60-days of your purchase and maintain an active membership for 100% coverage of your items. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Defective LIT sensors
  • LIT sensor that has been damaged due to circumstances that have rendered the device inoperable or impacts accurate data collection

  • Lost or stolen LIT sensors.
  • LIT sensors with cosmetic damage
  • LIT resistance bands that have been damaged or broken (warranty for 1 year, client is responsible for shipping of $15-25)
  • LIT sensors or bands that have been modified in an unauthorized manner
  • LIT sensors or bands which have undergone an attempted repair by unauthorized persons or with any parts not originally intended for or compatible with the sensor 
  • LIT sensors that have an altered factory model name and/or serial number

LIT Cold Plunges & Chillers Return Policy:

  • All returned goods must be pre-approved by LIT with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. LIT may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Cold Plunges Only — Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each Cold Plunge product; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.
