We’ve designed the LIT App to be compatible with any of your existing equipment so you can train on your own terms. Your dedicated coach will create a custom routine utilizing your existing equipment and any LIT products you purchase. As a LIT member, you will gain access to our entire workout library, get a dedicated coach, and more. You can access all of your membership features on IOS and Android devices.

What if I don’t purchase the Membership?

LIT products are intended to be purchased and used with a membership. However, if you do choose to purchase LIT products without a membership, you will have access to “Freestyle” where you can see all of your rowing and strength training data. If you decide that a membership isn’t for you, you will still be able to use the LIT Strength Machine like other rowing machines. You can start or stop your membership at any time directly in the app.

How many workouts are available on the app?

We have a growing library of 3500+ classes across multiple categories like rowing, strength training, Pilates, cardio, core, recovery, and more.

Will I get access to a real coach?

Yes! All of our coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Your assigned coach will create your personalized training plan and offer unlimited text support.

Are all classes and features included in one membership?

Yes! You get access to our entire workout library, 1-1 dedicated coaching, team chats, and more.

How much is the Membership?

You can purchase the Membership for $19.99 per month billed monthly or opt for an annual membership priced at $199 ($16/mo)

How many members can you have on one membership?

With the All Access Membership you can have up to 5 users on one account.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access to the LIT App for 14-days risk-free!

Is a membership required?

You can use LIT Products with or without a membership! Without a membership, you will get access to our basic rowing and strength training metrics.

Is the LIT App available for iOS?

Yes, the LIT app is available in the Apple App store. It is compatible with all devices, you can download it HERE.
