All of our Reformer models feature a commercial-grade adjustable 6-spring system: 2 red springs (heaviest resistance), 2 blue springs (medium resistance), and 2 yellow spring (lightest resistance). This range of resistance, along with multiple springboard positions, allows for endless progression and customization throughout your Pilates practice.
While Reformer springs don't compare directly to traditional weights, we’ve provided the approximate resistance levels for each spring when stretched to 30 cm (11.81 inches):

We recommend allowing 2 feet of space around the reformer to comfortably perform all movements. However, it can also be placed flush against a wall with the footbar positioned at the end.
Yes! When placing the reformer against the wall, please ensure you position the foot bar against the wall. We recommend having 2 feet of space around the front and sides of the reformer to accommodate for new moves.
Yes! You can easily fold and roll the reformer away with our folding system and low profile wheels.
