This challenge is designed for anyone who wants to commit to their health and fitness goals, try new workouts, and level up their training experience!
Anyone can join this challenge, and we’re letting you choose from 5 different training styles to find the perfect program for you. Don’t have LIT equipment or looking to switch it up? We’ve got you covered.

How do I join and when does the challenge start?
Registrations are now open, and the challenge starts December 2, 2024, and runs until December 22, 2024. Follow the directions below to register and signup!
- Register for the challenge by signing up below.
- Join one of our groups inside the "community" tab inside the app and post your daily workout to earn credit & to win prizes.
- Hurry, you only have until November 31st to register for the challenge!
