All of our Reformer models feature a commercial-grade adjustable 5-spring system: 2 red springs (heaviest resistance), 2 blue springs (medium resistance), and 1 yellow spring (lightest resistance). This range of resistance, along with multiple springboard positions, allows for endless progression and customization throughout your Pilates practice.
While Reformer springs don't compare directly to traditional weights, we’ve provided the approximate resistance levels for each spring when stretched to 30 cm (11.81 inches):
- Red (Heaviest): 12.2 kg (26.90 lbs)
