Why Low Impact Training
After Co-Founder Justin Norris suffered a life threatening injury, he turned to fitness as a path to transformation. He discovered that by changing the way he approached fitness with Low Impact Training (LIT™) and mental coaching, fitness became more than looking good, it was about feeling good. With the help of his now wife - Taylor, they are on a mission to spread this method with as many people as possible.
